Which Type Of Family Member Are You?

family member

Just like no two people are alike, no two families are exactly the same. Each family is unique. Some are big and lively, some are small and laid-back. Different members have different personalities. Whatever your family is like, it’s no less special than the next one. Every member-no matter how crazy-has something only they can offer. Which family member are you among these types?

The Smart One

If you’re the brain of the family, this type is definitely you! It’s okay to be considered nerdy–that only means you’re intelligent. What would your family do without you?

The Funny One

You love making everyone laugh. When things get a little down, you make your family feel better. You can put the smile back on their faces with your humor. Just remember not to take your jokes too far!

The Angel

This type of family member is always there anytime someone needs a hand. If you find yourself willing to help out as much as you can, this is so you. An angel has a heart of gold and doesn’t expect anything in return.

The Foodie

Do you like eating different kinds of food? Maybe you just love food. Whoever prepares a dish for you would definitely adore your palate and appetite. Just watching you eat is a treat in itself.

The Cook

This family member either has the talent or passion for cooking, or both! If this is you, your family most probably appreciates you (whether they say it or not).

The Innocent One

Though you might be gullible, your pure character is totally irresistible. Enjoy being this family member type while it lasts! You learn as you grow older and before you know it, you’re no longer as innocent as you once were. Innocence is a gift.

The Crazy One

Some of the most fun and creative people are crazy. Their mind knows no bounds and they couldn’t care less about what others think of them. If you’re this type of family member, embrace it (as long as you consider other members’ personalities of course)!.

The Chill One

You’re easygoing. You live life with a carefree attitude, believing that it is what you make it. You can inspire your family to relax and stay positive. Just don’t forget to know when not to be too chill though.

The Observer

This family member may be quiet, but watch out: they know more than you think they do. Do you watch and listen more than talk? You’re the Sherlock Holmes of the family, then.

The Sarcastic One

If you don’t overlook your family’s feelings, being sarcastic is actually good. Your sarcasm can make difficult situations less intense. It can also make you the life of the party!

The Know-It-All

Sorry if you’re this type of family member (every family usually has one!). It’s okay to share your opinion from time to time, but too much can annoy others. Try to include your family more whenever you’re tempted to take control.

The Bridge

You can always count on this family member to connect you with anyone. From faraway relatives to ones you’re on bad terms with, they are the person to call. Being a bridge is truly something to be grateful for! You have such an important part.

In truth a family is what you make it. It is made strong, not by number of heads counted at the dinner table, but by the rituals you help family members create, by the memories you share, by the commitment of time, caring, and love you show to one another, and by the hopes for the future you have as individuals and as a unit.”

You’re the only family member who can play your role in your family. Own it and appreciate the ones your members have. Significant others, parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, friends, pets, etc. all make up home. Whoever you have as family right now, treasure them!
